thinking of stones
installation / acrylic on paper, stones, plates / 2015
In the collection of Museum Macura, Serbia
They used to be big jagged rocks.
Then some became circular in shape, getting smaller and smaller. But we see that we can't separate stones from the environment. Although we recognize them by giving them a name.
The stones are not really getting smaller. Rather, the ‘missing parts’ nowexist somewhere else in a new form, a newsituation. A silhouette of the concept called “stone” would be gradated and found as having suffused different places..
