thinking of stones
_thinking of stones
installation / acrylic on paper, stones, plates / 2015
They used to be big jagged rocks.
Then some became circular in shape, getting smaller and smaller. But we see that we can't
separate stones from the environment. Although we recognize them by giving them a name.
The stones are not really getting smaller. Rather, the ‘missing parts’ now exist somewhere
else in a new form, a new situation. A silhouette of the concept called “stone” would be
gradated and found as having suffused different places..
